Hmm.. is it intended for a starring role on the 3rd October?

Around about 19:30, on a summers evening, with the wind in the right direction, the roaring of the big cats demanding to be fed can be heard if I lounge in the garden. Disconcerting is definitely the word.Shahbahraz wrote: ↑Sun Sep 20, 2020 10:27 amYep, I always smiled when I used to have to drive into the office at Leith and passed Quality Street. I have friends who lived near there who said the roars from the zoo could be disconcerting.levied troop wrote: ↑Wed Sep 16, 2020 7:08 am I actually live near Quality Street and did contemplate buying a house there.

SWMBO has friends in SA who run GGs lions, and in Oz we used to visit Mogo and knew the folks who ran the zoo there. Hearing big cats roaring is all well and good on the Botswana border, it's decidedly odd in an Australian South Coast holiday let.

And on the work bench, resurrecting some figures from almost 2 years ago. Still a bit of work to do, but hopefully, I will get them finished this week.

Very nice.
And I seem to be hitting some weird little coincidences at present. Today’s is that I have those two dead cows on my workbench right now.
