I like the array of brushes Jeremy, particularly the "not so fine" one on the left-bet you can't paint eyes with that?

They're bloody awful Mk 2 & Mk 3 Lancashire Games figures, with occasional Old glory figures dotted around. There are also some Old Glory Prussian grenadiers and Freikorps Saxon Leib-Carabiniers lurking in there.

Yeah, Doug based them as complete regiments in line, which actually made sense, as he never formed any other formation... :clappy:

The Cuirassiers and Dragoons are in 16s, whereas the larger Hussar regiments are split into two battalions of 12. The Saxon Carabiniers are an 8.

Here we are at the end of the shift with old, broken and bent flagpoles removed, hands drilled, new flagpoles attached and painted, flags stuck on and varnished. I'll add the metallic finials and fringes tomorrow:

Awesome, that's a lot of cavalry!

Yes, Lobozitz and something else.
What's this about Samurai - am I looking for them now?

Ta!

Sorry, I thought I'd mentioned those. I was probably having the same conversation with someone else. We did a series of big Samurai games with some MEGA castles. They appeared in WI at some point. I remember the last one was at Colours in September 98.
