You can take the punter out of Bury but not the Bury out of the punter.

Full marks to Hatton's Models for the world's most impressive pacakging! I ordered a single pack of 0.8mm brass rod - ten lengths of thin rod, 12 inches long in a very slender packet...

I received a box 18 inches square and 9 inches deep, that was 99.9% filled with packaging material and the air within.

And Royal Mail excelled themselves today. 3 parcels; one delivered next door, together with a slip saying another two parcels couldn't be delivered as the letterbox wasn't big enough, despite the front door being open. So now they will try and redeliver on Saturday.. groan.

You shouldn't skimp on shoes for them. I suppose you made them walk to NZ too?

I'm still hoping to see the next phase of the Flags of War 1745 Kickstarters... I want some Irish troops, British Grenadiers reloading and Bagots Hussars. But the FoW site has been down for 'maintenance' for a week or so... :(

On the bright side, packages arrived from Warlord and Rubicon, so I am not short of things to be assembling and painting.
