Doesn't it all get confusing eh. I've phoned round a few places for a games room & accommodation for a four day do, and they all seem to be waiting on seeing what sort of lock down rules we're going to be in before they'll agree to anything. We can try again nearer the time.
In the meantime, let's keep it simple for now, and just agree a weekend date, for the Friday to Sunday, at the Hall, so that I can book it as a 'backstop' in case we're unable to get anything better.
We can always cancel it if a better option comes up. So for now, just post up which weekends you can do, the dates below are for the Friday of the weekend, till the Sunday. If we find somewhere else, we can change to the Thursday - Tuesday. Does that make sense? I hope so. 😁

So if you copy & paste & show the dates you can do (so, like, delete the dates you can't do & repost it so that it shows the dates you can do )... I've included the two dates when the Hall isn't available, as we could go elsewhere.

Friday 8th October..
Friday 15th October (Hall not available)
Friday 22nd October..
Friday 29th October..
Friday 12th November..
Friday 19th November (Hall not available)
Friday 26th November..
Friday 10th December..
Friday 17th December..

Not that you should plan around me. I'm tentative around childcare as from May.

I can do:

Friday 22nd October..
Friday 29th October..
Friday 12th November..
Friday 26th November..

Friday 17th December.. (my Birthday as you'll have in your diary) Might be a difficult weekend for some so close to xmas. I can do it - birthday free pass!

I'm free for all weeks, but I've taken out the last two (the two December dates) as my experiences of driving in Yorkshire that close to Christmas have not been good weatherwise in previous years. Also, they're close to the shortest day of the year, which is not good in terms of driving time for someone who lives closer to France than to Birmingham.

Those will do for me if it goes ahead, as far as Ayton availability goes. I shall also be examining the possibilities of an event in this neck of the woods in the Autumn months. All subject to how the Apocalypse is getting on I guess.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

Could probably do Dec 17th as well, although driving north of the wall when winter is coming might be risky 😁
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.
