Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.)

When they get some blue patches to embroider onto the duvets.
Re: Frogruary
But then what will they wave to signal the traditional end of the battle?

Feels good!
Re: Frogruary
My third instalment for Frogruary: The Piemont Regiment. This was a large regiment of four battalions that formed a brigade in its own right. Again, Eureka figures.

Re: Frogruary
I've finished my 'Frogruary' Challenge with six guns and a Gaggle of Gilded Generaux. So in total that's 167 foot, 11 horse and 6 guns painted in four weeks and a good start to my French SYW army. Just got to paint a few cavalry regiments and then they'll be ready to lose a battle.
The cavalry will have to wait though, as it's now the month of 'Marsch!' and Germans are under the brush. I'm going to start with a brigade of (probably German-speaking) Swiss and then some more Prussian regiments and a brigade of German regiments for the French.
