Re: Tales from Pendawar
Presumably, as per the norm, the Army was reduced at the subsequent peace which ended the WSS, so wouldn't many of these corps have been dissolved anyway?

There weren't that many Regular Scottish Units at the time of Union in any case. Just eight of foot IIRC plus cavalry and artillery? Many later took on "English" names. I can quite imagine some of the Colonels of the more Irregular, privately raised Regiments keeping a Saltire of some sort?

Presumably there were some cases of a saltire and battery?
Let's not forget Portmore's Dragoons, later the Grey Dragoons, etc etc......

A Brigade command stand for the E.I.C. Army of Pendawar. Figures by Perry Miniatures, bases by Warbases as ever. More on the blog as usual.

A command vignette style base for the E.I.C.'s foot artillery battery. Figures are by Perry Miniatures of course. {Their angular sculpting style and poor casting are very hard on the brushes. I really do prefer their work for Foundry, much rounder and smoother to paint I find.} I've almost completed the second Native Infantry unit, the 3rd Pendawar Native Infantry. If there's any interest I'll pop them up next month, but judging by the lack of response this is not of much interest to others it seems.
