You only paint their members? That's an interesting approach. Not sure it would work with Napoleonic Bavarians though.....

Just splashed out for some 1:300 architectual types to make up a train of civilians for my Early War chaps. (100 for $3.98 and half of that was P&P).

It is probably kinder to paint your gang's members than tattoo them.
