Still not quite back in the rhythm of things with the brush but definitely an improvement on my output of late.

The second rank of the 24 man unit of Huscarls ands Fyrd including the command figures.

Nice work. Why does the guy in the top photo have a dodgy leg - what's his story?

Funnily enough, it was this response that made me realise that his right leg is raised in a running action and the item linked to the ground is just a "helpful projection" to protect his foot.

Yep, a bit annoying as it will need a good "tufting" to disguise :)
