Could you elaborate for those of us insufficiently prescient to already own those rules?
Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.)

Depending on your particular choice of forces probably between 60-120 figures IIRC.BaronVonWreckedoften wrote: ↑Fri May 06, 2022 4:11 pm Could you elaborate for those of us insufficiently prescient to already own those rules?

To get in quick before there is a mad arms race on this one, I have been giving the rules issue a great deal of thought, and as has been said "The Men Who Would Be Kings" is in the lead. It doesn't require a huge build up of massive armies, and there is some narrative fun to be had. I would up the force sizes to an equivalent of 30 points (using the points system within the rules). I shall dig my copy out and over the weekend post the units sizes and points values etc. (At present we are dealing with a family bereavement) but it will done over the weekend, and I shall also start up a "sticky" thread for game organising purposes.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.
