Cheers! I just do them as a table on MS Word, with black as the 'fill' colour and white as the text and border colour. About seven columns per page usually works when using size 11 text. Do two carriage-returns in the top row and then every other odd-numbered row going down the table; that gives you a tab at the top of every label to slip under the base. Fill in the even-numbered rows with your labels (centre-justify the whole table to keep the text central on the labels).
There are some I did earlier at the bottom of this page: http://www.jemimafawr.co.uk/2019/02/14/ ... d-edition/
To stick them to the bases, I used a small tab of giftwrap-sellotape, as it's 'soft-tack' and peels off again easily without ripping the base or leaving stickiness. A sellotape dispenses makes this MUCH easier than finding the end of the roll and then cutting each piece of tape with scissors (that was usually a two-man job)!
I used to fold the labels, so that they stuck up vertically at the back (tab therefore at the bottom of the label), but that means that you can see the white paper back of the labels everywhere. I now prefer the 'Fire & Fury Method', where the label lies flat on the floor and largely disappears. I could use green as the fill-colour, but black printer-toner is a lot cheaper and it's a lot easier to read white-on-black labels.
