New toy cupboard

Post by tim.w »

Very excited about this! This will be my new walk in wargames storage. The Memsahib said that in the new house she doesn't want "any of my shit laying around" so promised I could have this space :D no more pilling up at my bedside or tucked in corners. Downside is I'll loose my current painting station in the corner of the lounge but thats OK. I have a plan B. Also have a big new shed!

Best of luck Tim but from what I see that you already have in the way of stuff, you had better hope that cupboard has the properties of a Tardis :)

Has the shed got power connected? If so give the little room to the missus as a walk-in dresser and grab the whole shed for yourself.

Though unexpected drop-ins may be an issue.

That’s very cool. Management also seem to take a dim view of me leaving hobby stuff around the house, but seem quite happy to use my hobby room as a dumping ground for horse tack

Luckily my wife was brought up in a house with a prolific Toy Soldier Collector so, having done a quick audit, there are only three rooms of our house entirely bereft of anything wargames related!

Tim, I'd suggest you put your wife in there & use the rest of the house for wargaming.
