Crusader are big. Bigger than Artizan or Warlord. Not as big as Redoubt

Except the cavalry, which are tiny.

I keep looking at Hinchliffe ancients. Not a huge range but you wouldnt need it to be if youre old schooling.

Hinchliffe range is probably good enough for most needs. You can usually find them on eBay for much better value than Hinds charges for new

Have a look at Aventine. Some lovely cavalry in their ranges.

It depends on the range. The Norman cavalry always look a reasonable size...or at least they did when running over my Saxon Fyrd at "Stramash" a few years back.
