Re: UM & M Zulus. What's the difference?

OK: I've "tweaked" the Zulus: we're using TMWWBK's rules. The UM's are slightly faster, fight slightly better but are a tad more undisciplined than the Ms.
I've also decided to differentiate the Zulus from their allies who looked like them but weren't in the regimental system & were of lesser effectiveness in combat. These include the abaQulusi who fought at Hlobane.
I think I want a bit more differentiation with the Brits, too.
So, Mounted infantry carry longer-ranged rifles but are a bit slower than the various Colonial Horse units - who carry carbines. I'm also lowering the firing ability for all mounted units if they shoot whilst mounted (we have figures mounted & on foot to replace them with).
The Unit Cards have been re-done to reflect all this & as we have a game on Sunday, I get to see if the tweaks work.
Any thoughts?
