I'm afraid my most fondly remembered game is much more mundane as it is simply the Ayton where my same cavalry unit, on successive days trampled Gen. Pickled then captured the enemy CinC. (Even though Henry wouldn't let me execute him as a heretic, despite his excommunication by the inquisition during the campaign phase).

I hadn't realised it was the same unit. I hope you've done something special with it's colours?

You can now download and print out 28mm cavalry colours with a "We crushed the Gateway Cavalry <add year, or specific battle if more than once in the same year" battle honour.

I take it that the downloads are queued? When I tried it said that the download would be complete in 11 months 3 days 16 hours!

I hear its now the standard option. You have to pay extra to have it removed if for some bizarre reason you have never crushed them (e.g Mexicans)

You might be right, I made the mistake of trying to download a freebie game from 'Steam' a couple of weeks ago. I gave up when the download remaining was going to take "More than 1 year"
