Little known fact, the Scots Gaels went to Poland & bought all their vowels.

eg direach (which has an initial pronounciation approximating a "j" in English).

I could talk to you about short adjectives attached to plural nouns of 3 or more objects & the use of lenition but heads might explode.

Firstly, "living": I'd hope so.
Secondly, "girs" : not sure but I think they're a species of small monkey......
