It was only going to be a couple of weeks after the tentative date - which is definitely subject to change. On their announcement they said they wanted to give at least 6 weeks notice and not have to cancel with only a couple of weeks to go.
If Battleground goes ahead in Nov that might be the first i think about this year but realistically i think Vappa may be my next show. Certainly not considering Salute in Nov

I'm running an ultra marathon end of tbe month and we were due to finish at a secondary school, which has now cancelled us so we had to hire a sports centre 3 miles further away. Bit annoyed. I think there will be lots of venues having to cancel on practicalities of managing numbers.
I'm not sure I'd want to attend a busy show til I'm double jabbed and they've had time to work. I've written this year off show wise. As long as Ayton is still on I'll muddle through.
