For me it's the Winter War...
Plenty of figures available for that you'd think...
for Finns yes. Everyone seems to like the superhuman gallant Finns.
Russians in the appropriate helmets.... not so much from what I can find.

Depends on your figure size. Copplestone Castings do Russians in Schlem caps in the Back of Beyond range, but it's 28mm.

The Indonesians had some Cavalier Mustangs for counter-insurgency operations. They may have seen active service in Timor L'este.

The 100 hour futbol war is interesting air gaming, but the ground war was horribly one sided.
