I'd like something a bit longer, wider & especially taller but folding up is the priority.

I don't have a bespoke wargames' room but have to share the space with the car. I'm not complaining; I'm lucky to have this but as you can see, space is important.

I just had one built for me, massively over-engineered, because my guy is like that. only 180 x 120 but fits 32 'under bed' plastic tubs underneath. On castors, but I need a smooth floor surface, and currently it is on decking board which has ridges.

Takes up a lot of space, but pushing it to one side works.
