If you fancy a trip to the Borders I can provide as much LR as you will ever want :)

Interesting thread - is there still an appetite for 17th century next year? Perhaps we should consider a more diverse set of games, perhaps a series of games with a common Lion Rampant/Pikemans Lament/Men who would be kings/Rebels and Patriots rules stable? Even a bit of Chariots Rampant on the side.
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.

Undecided. Have the kit, but not overly enthused. May change in two weeks time.

I’d be very interested in doing a dark ages force

I know we all got enthused about this in November, but it would entail quite a bit of work and expense for many of us. Perhaps we should thrash it out over pints and pies next weekend, it's not as if we haven't changed horses before. A whole bunch of smaller skirmishy type games might be fun. To be continued...................................
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

I would be happy to run a Dark Age LR campaign for those who don't want to do the C17th.
I won't be with you all next week so just one to keep in mind.

(Just picked LR because there is a good familiarity with it already)

Usual thrashing out would be good. Didn't mean to scupper any C17th plans. I'd assumed pretty well everyone was on board so was just seeing if there was another option if I did bottle it....

It'll all come out in the wash next weekend.

Gary's idea of of a Rampanticon (or Merseycon :D) sounds like a good one with something for everyone!

Err ahem - I should like to point out that you are about to embark on a long w/e and that you are Wargamers...

Ergo - you should not wash
