If the pie supper in this here Whitby pie shop is as good as Peeler makes out, I'll forgive Yorkshire its short measures of throthy beer..... for a while.

Tomorrow I may try to blag my way back to Whitby from Pickering on the North Yorks Moors Pullman service. A light lunch and a few G&Ts... just the ticket..... so to speak.

Is that the little timber framed shop with ceilings so low only Purps doesn't have to duck?
