Yeah, I think it went under the radar with quite a few wargamers/modellers as it was mainly sold in small hardware shops.
In the '70's I worked in a hardware shop (Nock and Kirby's) on weekends, and don't remember that very colourful sort of can. (I can still remember the '70's. It's remembering the last month that is difficult.)

I used to buy it occasionally from a Wonderland Models in Edinburgh when they had it in or a bike shop in the same town. I bought quite a few cans in one go and I'm glad that I did as I still have a small dwindling supply left!
