Excellent work, Penda, and a good report. I like the finish on the carriage. Has Phil used the old "wiped oils" for the wood-grain effect?

Not as far as I know. He uses only Acrylics from what I've seen. The carriage body colour looks like Foundry Conker Brown to my eye. If I remember I'll ask him next week.
