I use mostly Foundry paints, though increasingly now missing out the mid tone on many colours bar horses and muskets. For flesh I generally use the Foundry base, then Valejo Medium Flesh and highlight with Foundry Flesh mid as the Foundry Light is too pink. For the Italian Wars figures I followed the guide in their rule book: Spear Shaft mid tone, Flesh Shade, Flesh mid tone. Quite liked the result myself.

Much easier to handle a hot sausage with a tong than with a yakuza - leave them for the cress.

Sorry missed this one whilst on bed rest!
I've used the foundry triads since they were released and think the basic flesh tone set is excellent. The Dusky Flesh and African flesh sets are very good too although the Mediterranean flesh set is too orange for my taste.
