Precisely. Very little government funding available nowadays...

Well it was EU funded, but brexit has scuppered that.

We could always fund it ourselves of course. Perhaps with a bit of outsourcing. And outreach. And inclusivity. And development, both internal & external, whilst being open to all who need it.

Especially “going forward”?
Does it utilise synergy to achieve a paradigm shift?!
