Someone calculated that the Wessex could fly without a tail rotor so long as the airspeed doesn't drop below 90 knots. Below that the airframe starts turning in the opposite direction to the main rotors.

I've been told that is true of any chopper. Certainly taking control in level flightyou hardly touch the pedals. Problem was, we were doing a pass over a tight drop off, so we were about 75 kts when the rotor sheared. Fast enough to slide up a tree branch, but not fast enough to keep calm and carry on.

What about shaggin, is that ok?

In groups of 6 or less, and not in anybody's house. So basically, swinging is severely curtailed, but dogging is now compulsory.

Edited to add: I must point out that I only intended to fly the thing, not shag it.

Just fly it over a grouse moor, as many as you like xan do that....

Shagging is ok in the park? OK, I can live with that.
