Makes no odds. There’s loads of build-up and gathering excitement outside, then sod-all happens. If you’re interested in going out and having a dekko, fair play to you, but you’ll get bored and come back inside. Eventually they do actually appear. Thirty seconds worth of incomprehensible Lycra blur whizzes past long after everybody’s lost interest.
