Puffs the lot of 'em.
Re: Tales from Pendawar
The command base for Typoo Bhyka's army; featuring Typoo himself, the bearer of the Great Tyger Banner, the hornist and Alphonse de Bykli, his less than competent military advisor! There is more about them, and more pictures, over on the blog as you might expect.
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

Re: Tales from Pendawar
Very nicely composed vignette, Penda Sahib!
Who appears to be (re-)reading his contract, presumably to find out whether "advising" obliges him to get close enough to the enemy to be shot at.
Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.)

I like the advisor idea
Re: Tales from Pendawar
Very good.
Re: Tales from Pendawar
You may read about the project in a future issue of Wargames Illustrated. I've read through the layout proof today and written the captions to accompany the pictures. Not sure which issue it's placed in but I'd guess July given the lead in times.

That is a very lovely vignette, Penda. Bravo, sir.
Re: Tales from Pendawar
Regular cavalry regiment for Typoo's army. Figures from Foundry Miniatures and bases from Warbases as ever. More over on the blog as usual for the interested passing reader.
