Im seeing Rod Taylor as both the Roman Centurion and a Commando sergeant.
And the Tarzan is definitely the Ron Ely incarnation.

This is a stupid game. I can’t stop.

The late lamented James Drury is playing the bad guy on the cowboys box, and that station porter is the Mysteron’s Captain Black.

Sean Pertwee is the Aussie bren loader - Barry Pepper is the kneeling Yank Para with the Thompson - Stanley Baker flinging a handgranaten as a Fallie - Nigel Greene again as a Prussian Landwehr - and the squaddie bottom right on the new WWII Brit infantry box is ‘Highlander’s Adrian Paul.

Do not get me started on esci you gits.

The fourth astronaut from the left on the Astronaut box is clearly David Hasselhof. The fifth one could pass for a young Billy Connolly, apart from male-pattern baldness.
