I do like those, I wonder if it has anything to do with reading Sharpe's Tiger not that long ago? Or Flashman... so far I am still resisting Indian Sharp Practice, so far... but you are making it very difficult.
Re: Tales from Pendawar

Stop it.. ! Just stop it..! I have so many distractions already... been printing stuff, and there is a real issue with being able to print all sorts of things.. ACW Naval? ..... easy... Armoured vehicles for Vichy France? MTB for Coastal Patrol?

You're certainly not helping those of us who are trying to resist the Indian Mutiny siren call with such lovely figures

The Household Guards of the Raja of Rhanli, from my Indian Mutiny collection, pressed into service in the army of Typoo Bhyka. The figures are from Wargames Foundry.

I wouldn't mess with them, particularly the "Officer". Splendid job, especially on the yellow which is a notoriously difficult colour to get right.
I do feel sorry for the guy in the white who obviously has a really bad case of "Delhi Belly" though.

He has paid the price for not having the correct kit for games - a punch in the guts from the PE Teacher (a vicious woman by all accounts).

The South Essex are posted to Pendawar. ( I know the colours post date my period but it's an imagination so I don't care.) More on the blog for the similarly unbothered amongst us.
