You have a really impressive collection, Slug, both miniatures and boardgames. Have you tried Clash of Arms' Battles of the Age of Reason games? WAS, SYW and AWI battles. I had The Next War as well. A great game with a really botched combat results table... but it was fun.
Spanner,
I can't get Firefox to show my images either, so used Chrome when writing the update.
As you can see from my board game collection all but one were 20th century. 1776 being the outlier. It was my baptism into wargaming, so was kept. Also a very good game.
The Next War just to large. Didn't stop me from buying mega board games. :)
I don't remember Clash of Arms games, mostly Avalon Hill, SPI & GDW when I was buying.

More sites are being written so they are only Chrome and/or Edge compatible. I can't be sure why, but my cynicism has a bag-full of suggestions, a lot of which include the words "data mining".

The Next War has a few playable (sort of) scenarios, but we never managed to finish the full campaign game. Too many issues with the rules and the CRT. I think we only got three days (in game terms) in before packing it up.

Clash of Arms link- https://www.clashofarms.com/. Ed Wimble is a really nice bloke, but P&P from the US makes their games very expensive, these days.
