My father in law was in 32nd Battalion (Three-two as its called) Recce during the Angolan War. Took part in the battle of Savate and innumerable other skirmishes. Spent two years in the bush. Those were a bunch of mad fekkers.
For anyone interested. Have you seen this, Jeremy?
I have just discovered something that I can detest as much as Purps hates multi part plastic figures, multi part metal ones.
I've been putting together some Wyldfolk from the Godslayer game to use as generic fantasy savages. One figure was given a very dynamic pose, sprinting with one foot off the ground. For reasons only they know he was cast with the raised foot as a separate piece. It's a plain butt joint with no locating key and it's more or less in line with the tab for the base which would make drilling & pinning a trial. After much cursing it is on but I've had enough for now, the spear has the forearms moulded on but it can wait till tomorrow.
