It probably is, but it’s an interesting experiment - albeit one that’s proving costly in brushes. Can I do it to a reasonable standard in 7 days? Frankly I doubt it at the moment - wondering whether to split the painting into smaller groups to see if that would go faster or stay at doing everything at one hit.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

I'm rooting for you, LT. The whole lot in one go will give you Wargaming God status.

I've done a batch of 80 before. Never again. Those are looking good.

I must admit if I was doing a batch like that again I would use black spray primer, then go for the Zenithal thing with offwhite through the airbrush.

As it is, I have about 40 legionaries to do, plus supports, and I'm trying to figure out a logical painting sequence.
Wargames dreams never die, they just get left in a box.

I’ll settle for sainthood :D
Yesterday was starting the metals but it’s a slow process and I was very nicely interrupted. Today it’s 28 degrees and the garden needs a good seeing to so I have to amend my target to 7days in total rather than consecutive. Might be fiddling with shields later today though.

Metallics done:

I'm giving myself 2 more days paint time to offset the good weather interruptions but it still looks impossible to do. Next time I try this, lets do it in winter.
