There are some great 15mm ranges out ther, I like Lurkios C17th ranges.

If you want small, how about 20mm.
I've looked at 20mm in the past and even bought some highlanders. But couldn't find any floppy hat/informal tricorne ranges to compliment them that I liked.
I might reserve the highlanders for an ECW army in 20mm instead.

SHQ and Tumbling Dice do some excellent 20mm/1/72nd ECW figures. The Lancer LoA 20mm range paints up well.

Of course, being 25mm Dixon’s are the acceptable compromise between 28mm and 20mm :D
