I do hope Pete Berry niver migrates to New Zealand. His exhibition event would attract all sorts of non wargamers.

I’ll be using FKAP as well for my ECW as well as TTS for my large pointy sticks games
Isn't that a grid system game?

Having skimmed through the pdf I think this could be the Lardies finest work. I'm not always a fan and didn't like CoC at all but this looks good! I think it's going to be around a while with lots of supplements, keen for the Carthage one.

Had to run into the street wearing only a towel to receive my copy from postie this morning. I was then struck by my wife because I was "just sitting there reading about little men while our child is in hospital" so had to bring it with me.

Funnily enough, I was reading Tim’s post when my rules package just got delivered
No I’m not doing an unboxing video.
Oh, and there’s a QR sheet just released on the TFL blog.

I also think it's a cumulative thing with lessons learned from SP2 and CoC. The Fervour thing is a brilliant game mechanic.
I also thought that there were sections in there that very much reminded me of more 'formal' less 'Lardie' sets, like terrain generation, more explicit points values and much tighter definitions on close combat, flank attacks, formations and so on.
I'm very happy with the read through, and I can't wait to play it.

And my package arrived just now! Whoohoo! Those of us who read the back cover will note it says the first of three sets? Wtf? Anyone know any more about this?
