They do look good.
Mine are painted but might need a little final washing, the dirty little buggers, before varnish and basing.

Edit: Aaaaaaaaarghhhh!! Just realised that I’ve missed a separate shield off one Orc’s back and I can’t find it!!

Mine won't be based. My daft basing process takes nearly a whole week.

And they won't be varnished.......because my varnish takes a week to dry. It's a bog standard varnish that should be touch dry in a couple of hours......yeh right.

What varnishes are other people using?

Gloss poly. Cheaper than Army Painter dark tone for quick jobs. It does need thinning though.
