I think even a team of ex-pat Kiwis cobbled together in a local bar in Sydney could take the Oz XV in their current state.
Would said scratch team have all of their limbs intact? If not, the Wallabies would have a fighting chance.

We've been fixing that, we've exported a lot of their criminals back to Kiwiland over the last few years.

Quick question: my Austrian army 18 squadrons of cavalry - not an inconsiderable number. But they're all dragoons or light.
I'd love to add some cuirassiers to the mix but AFAIK there aren't any.
Anyone know of any suitable figures in this scale (metal or plastic) or has some suggestions for some not-too-insane conversions of existing sets?

How different are Prussian cuirassiers from their Ostrich enemies?

That would be my thought too. Assuming that there are 20mm SYW Prussian Cuirassiers!

AFAIK, sadly, not. A generic 20mm set of SYW cuirassiers would be nice but I know not of any.

The Prussians wore cuirasses both front & back, the Austrians only front, so not ideal though both look like very nice figures.
I'm tempted to buy them for my Prussan army but, at the risk of sounding mean (what! a mean Scotsman???), a unit would cost $130+ AuD (incl. P&P) from either. At that price, I'd have to think about it.
& Peeler, I have waded thru PSR but there's a lot there & I was hoping I'd missed some conversion possibility.
No matter, this is a First World problem.

Could you not do head swaps and some other work on wellingtonics cuirassiers? Actually given the frock coats they wear under the cuirasse, maybe use 1870 bodies with tricorn heads?
