In your current T&Cs, you clearly state that there will be some understandable and unavoidable delay in processing orders during the current move, so would you mind explaining to me why you have been able to immediately process my order in such a short space of time?!

Now I have to explain to the Memsahib why I have two parcels arriving in one week! I was hoping that yours might take a week or two, thus spreading out my deliveries and allaying suspicion!

Your continuing superb level of service is just not acceptable!

The answer as to 'who continues to provide timely service despite Brexit, COVID & moving premises, is, as always, PENDRAKEN.

My package arrived yesterday, well ahead of prediction.

At the moment the orders have really slowed down so we're getting most of them out in 2-3 days.
