If I get their, and at the moment 60/40 in favour, I will be aiming for lunchtime arrival on the friday, so also interested.

Can bring a prototype racing game that needs play testing if I can find a venue and players. (Sort of game alcohol would assist rather than harm).

A Friday game at the Lodge is very unlikely in May. They have weddings around then, and the room they're offering is the rather gloomy area to the right of the reception as you enter. It may be OK for board games and the like though.

Yes, before you get to the stairs or the bar. Was dim and dark.

Also the room where you drank 6 gins I think....
