I'd be keen to do some ECW period gaming, but with some limitations on force sizes, so it doesn't mean so much painting for those that aren't as keen.
Given the very positive vibes in November (and at Shedcon), I've already got one with painting and buying a few bits and extra pieces...as you can imagine this thread is slightly irksome

Sod changing 2023, let's change next week's plan. We should do WRG 6th with a side game of Hordes Of The Things for those that can't face Ancients.
As has been mentioned, much will change over the weekend and again on Sunday night when you're all pissed. If there is no love for a big 17th Century game I'll go for a smaller Pikeman's Lament force.

The VBCW Ayton was brilliant. Small forces and several games alongside each other with a big game on the Sunday.
Iād be keen to see that recreated in Dark Age form. Iām sure we can think of a reason why dark age hairies want to fight over the village of Ayton.

Before I depart this earth, I would like to do the 100 days campaign.
Just so we're clear, is that the Napoleonic one, or the World War One one?

Well, Gaynor would probably have looked a bit younger back then.

No reason why anything should change for the main plan. I think the old Count was just trying to firm up a "bolt hole" for those who were less interested in the C17th game.

Napoleonic, I didn't realise there was another.
