The poles actually had better tanks. But no tanks to their doctrine, they lost.

Actually, there were no tanks - they arrived after the cavalry had charged an infantry unit and been shot up at Krojanty on day one of the attack on Poland.

But, of course, this is purely hypothetical, because Jeremy is not painting u any new army for CoC.

Sadly, the mind is strong, but the flesh is weak. After a look at all the lists, bog standard line looks like the way to go. However..... I suspect a squad or two of paras will work their way in somewhere. I can legitimately expand them into a full sized force as they won’t be ‘a new army’

Painting up WW2 French or Italians is much like Naps Spanish. A necessary, but ultimately pointless exercise
