Gary and Dave, if it was moved one week earlier, would that make it easier for you? And would that affect anyone else? I think we need a bit of a gap between this and Ayton

I've no idea yet. It's in a whole different year. We don't even have a puppy calendar on the wall yet...

Here you go, mate (I'd steer clear of the "used" ones, though - they don't sound kosher).

Sounds good Jeremy, thanks for the flexibility on top of the generous invitation.

No probs Dave, hopefully Gary can make it too. I’m itching to give him a Panther platoon and let him loose!

Date now set at the 8th. It works out nicely as it’s the weekend after D Day. Maybe I’ll get my bocage out and we’ll do a suitable scenario if we don’t have enough Russian players. If there are, it will be an advance on Berlin type scenario.

The idea is to play Saturday and a meal and a few pints afterwards. If anybody wants to play the on 9th, let me know.

Started a list of attendees and possibles on the initial post. It will help me track if we need to hire a hall or not.

In all fairness, isn’t 2019 still 5 or 6 years away for Newcastle?

Although extremely up my street, June is busy for me hence me holding back from committing. Just realized I'll likely be on holiday for two weeks and have busy weekends thoughout. Hopefully we'll have another one and I get my reaĺ toys out for you all.
