Looks like they’re sending out mats to the people affected, even though they’ve been refunded.

I'd just like to have got the mat I wanted in the first place and then not ignored for weeks trying to get a replacement. Got a strip of mud roads in the post today which I'll pass on at the Club. I hope he sorts everything out and everyone is happy but I'll not be doing business with them again....

It sounds like confusion is king at the moment. Hopefully he'll have a word with himself, calm down and get things running smoothly again.
