These just need a spray coat of matt varnish, but essentially they’re done. Snuck in just before the deadline too. Waiting on different bases to arrive as I’ve changed my mind on how I want them based. Think I’ve been hanging around EB and CB too much...

Looks as though EB is the basing consultant.

You need to square off those bases Jeremy.

Is it just me, or do these finely painted chaps look a bit Chinese a'la Mr Foo Man Choo? It's the hats what do it for me.

So Goblin Week, have I succeeded? Yes and No. Losing a day to real life knocked me back and I realised it would be insanity to try smashing through the Samurai in a hurry as the lacing on the armour will be a killer. So I decided to concentrate on Plan B which was my half Orcs. I'm pretty satisfied with them. I didn't risk hitting them with the solvent based teak varnish but the shiny chap in front has had a coat of water based medium oak. Some more varnishing and tufts will finish the job but I'm off to a lawful lockdown party.

Takes ages to varnish, base and photograph doesn't it?

Cheers.
But doing these 8 under the Goat's hard stare means I finally finished a Dragon Rampant unit that's been hanging around for a year.
