That'll curb my wargaming budget for a bit :hair:
I gave up golf partly due to my OA but mainly because on my last outing I hit a beautiful, straight 350 yard drive with 'Big Bertha'! Might as well bow out on a win.
It's a shame that it was a 150 yard par three...

Nice little eBay win - a load of 2nd Gen ECW Minifigs (over 100 foot including some Jocks and clubmen, 30+ cavalry, and a load of draught horses and drivers - the last two quite rare).

Month one done of the six months of purchase abstinence Jamie and I have agreed upon. Applies to all figures, vehicles, etc. Terrain is allowed. I’ve been the paragon of virtue and all I’ve bought is some more roads from EWM. It’s highly liberating!

Actually, if all wargamers did a 6th month abstinence, then not buying would become easy.....

Way too much. My Black Friday and post Christmas sale purchases were of Purple hedonistic proportions! And Jamie needs to stop buying and start painting

Perhaps a fantastic two pint topic for the Saturday night of Ayton no doubt, the theories of wargamer shopping. Somehow crossing the boundaries of OCD, shopping addiction and hoarding simultaneously. 🤔😄

I think I may have almost enough ECW figures for 2021. I just added 48 pike, 80 shot, 22 Forlorn Hope and 24 horse. I'll need guns and more dragoons of course but I have plenty to be going on with.
