I think there is someone going on once a week to answer phone messages etc. Either that or it was a detained lonely guest.

Their website still flashes up the message that despite C-19:
“We are open and it is business as usual. We aim to greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome!”

I’m fairly sure one of the main selling points of t’webby thing was that it could update faster than carrier pigeon. But maybe there are other factors.

Yorkshire is rumoured to be home to the world's fastest carrier pigeons.

And the tastiest, too. Apparently.....
