Oh yes. One of the many advantages of being retired. I can't recommend it highly enough.

It is great, isn't it. We're so lucky.

We are. The only thing is, of course, we don't get weekends, bank holidays or any other days off.

I've grown to resent Bank Holidays, because people aren't at work and therefore disturbing my retirement.

Hmm, I see your point. I'm still a bit miffed that I get nothing extra for weekends & Bank Holidays. They're just another normal day of retirement.
