I will highly recommend this one:

I didn’t like gin. Until someone gave me that bottle. Now I love it.

I was rather disappointed during a tour of the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay. We had all the usual history, romance and science of making whisky and then the came to the bit where they make The Botanist gin. Simply put, the raw spirit arrives from Birmingham in a tanker and is re-distilled in a still known as Ugly Betty, at the top there is a giant teabag containing all the locally gathered flavourings. Next day it's off the island again.

The Gin revolution passed me by. I am fond of a Gordons and tonic, or five.

I went to a tasting in a shop and was offered a sample in a little cup (not that kind of sample...). It had tonic in it!! I complained and asked to actually taste the GIN. They refused and said no one drinks gin neat. I DO! I told them... To no avail... Twats...

I like gin and it, and some of the tonics around are worth drinking on their own as well.

I like plain tonic with mine. Don’t hold with all these posh flavored tonics.

Hendricks and Cucumber .

I love gin but it doesn’t love me. I spend the next day in an unwarranted dredge of anger and depression. Very crabby.
