I hope LT has gone for the full rococo chaise longue in rose pink with wolfskin fluffy drape and cheetah cushions.

I failed.
Couldn’t make up my mind - will consult my Sofa Advisor when she returns from the Dutch Lands.

In other news, I went shopping in Oak Furnitureland. Had an interesting colour discussion with sales assistant:
Me - I’m interested in that grey painted cabinet.
Her - It’s not grey, it’s cappuccino.
Me - no, it’s light grey.
Her - no, it’s cappuccino, it’s called that in the catalogue. Can you see grey?
Me - yes, it’s grey.
Her - definitely doesn’t look grey to me, more cream cappuccino.

We had to leave it there as the height was wrong, but it was curious we’re both looking at the same colour and seeing different hues.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

I can answer all this.

1) Chesterfield. Always.
2) It’s not Oak.
3) One of you could be female.

1) You’re just a Chesterfield fanbois.
2) Could a major retailer lie to me like that!
3) I think it’s a little early to assign gender roles, let’s say ‘potentially-neutral’

Women do not understand that peach is a fruit, not a colour.

Not even when you present them with two (or even more) that are of completely different hues.

They are not mentally equipped to identify that as cognitive dissonance.
