I just cut shapes out of mdf with my jigsaw and then sanded the edges.
I don’t have a dremel but 8 do have some buzzing toys.

Ive got a load of massed horses on the go again
about 150 28mm so I can encourage myself to tackle the riders a a unit at the time afterwards, problem is about a third of them are Hussars
