Lovely stuff! I found with BPM that a coat of gloss varnish (Humbrol Glosscote) helps to hide the striations, as on the gunner's canopies on these Chaparrals:

The varnish looks like it helps a lot. I guess I'm a bit spoiled by the resin printer.

Some photos from a recent visit to Cosford Air Museum and it's Cold War gallery are up on my blog. It's well worth a visit if you are ever in the area, free admission with £5 prepaid parking.
